Our herbal elixirs are plant medicine extracts known as tinctures. What are tinctures and why would we use these instead of capsules?
An herbal tincture is a potent liquid extract made by soaking herbs in alcohol and water, or sometimes vegetable glycerine or vinegar. Because they’re quickly absorbed and don’t need to be digested by your body before they are active, tinctures work fast and just a few drops can be effective. Alcohol draws out unique medicinal compounds, making tinctures a powerful way to enjoy the full benefits of herbs—anytime, anywhere.
If you don’t enjoy the taste of any elixir, add your dosage to water or another beverage.

I am collaborating with my dear friend and trusted spiritual compass, Sonya Benjamin of The House of Vessel and Spirit, to offer herbal medicine support to her clients that join the Sacred Body Alchemy Journey beginning September 2025. This is a 2-month journey to reclaim your sovereignty by de-armoring and recoding your sacred vessel
As part of this herbal support add-on offering, you’ll receive:
A 90-minute intake consultation over Zoom with Jen, where we will explore what kind of support you’re seeking from plant medicine
Jen will review your intake information provided to Sonya and collaborate with her to better understand your energetic and emotional landscape
From there, you will receive custom-formulated herbal support to carry you through the journey. This includes up to three personalized herbal blends, such as tinctures, teas, or glycerites—all included in the cost of the service.
Herbal medicine consultations focus on individualized care rooted in both traditional knowledge and modern clinical understanding. After a thorough intake, I create personalized herbal formulas and wellness strategies to support your physical and emotional health, always honoring your body's innate intelligence and healing capacity.

My work is rooted in education and empowerment as keys to deepening body literacy and reconnecting people with plant medicine as a source of healing. With over 15 years of experience as a pharmacist, I bring a unique perspective, bridging the clinical insights of Western medicine with a deep reverence for holistic approaches.
